     I was born in Vancouver and have lived in the Lower Mainland all of my life . I graduated from B.C.I.T. with a Diploma of Technology in Marketing Management. After graduating I started my Real Estate career with Block Bros. Realty. After three successful years I moved to United Realty and I have worked there ever since. In 1999 United Realty merged with Prudential to form Prudential United Realty. In 2015 we have joined  Royal LePage, one of the largest and most recognized real estate companies across Canada. We are now operating as Royal LePage Westside.I have been married for twenty-seven years and we have been blessed with three children. Our dog Gracie and cat Fuzzball round out our family. Our family house is located in the West End of New Westminster. I have found this to be a very central location with easy access to all of my clients throughout the Lower Mainland. When I am not busy selling Real Estate, I enjoy watching and being involved with my children's activities and personally staying active playing Ice Hockey year round.

     I have built a reputation as a down to earth Realtor, with a good sense of humour and  excellent negotiating skills, who works hard to get the best possible results for my clients. My proven track record of Award Winning Service has resulted in very consistant repeat business and thoughtful referrals from my clients and friends. My clients really appreciate my hands on approach. I have always felt that it is very important for me to personally handle all aspects of their Real Estate transactions without using a junior partner or assistant. I thoroughly enjoy working with my clients and having a good time together as we accomplish our goals. I have been providing " Friendly Service with Professional Results " for over 30 years.
